Fantastic service from SurprisingGift, ordered on Sunday and received the watch on Wednesday. The watch arrived in perfect condition but was in the Chinese language, which I don't read. All it took was 1 e-mail to customer service and the problem was solved. The sound is better than my Sandisk 4gb player and the videos are out of this world for color and clarity. All of the other features are very easy to navigate to. Overall I have to say that this player is just GREAT.
