Getting Warranty Service after 7 days and Within 12 months upon Delivery

In case you need warranty service, just contact us (sales@surprisinggift.com) and we will issue instruction to help you get the items fixed according to the warranty program. Note that the warranty service is provided by the manufacturers and surprisinggift.com will only work as coordinater to help our customers to get things done easily. We will receive your payment for the return shipping cost from factory back to you.

After 1 year warranty period, we will also provide support for repairing service by charging a small amount of handling and parts fee.
