You will need to mail the broken product to the manufacturer. 

Here is how the whole warranty procedure works

Manufacturer one-year Warranty Service after 7 days and Within 12 months upon Delivery of your product

Our manufacturers provide one-year warranty of your products. Under this warranty, the buyers are responsible for two-way shipping to the manufacturer for repairing service. The manufacturer will provide free repairing service. The buyer will pay all shipping cost The whole warranty procedure is as follows:

1) The buyer sends return shipping payment (from manufacturer to buyer after repair) to Surprisinggift.com

2) Surprisinggift will send return instruction including return address to the buyer

3) Buyer mails out the broken product(s) to the factory/manufacturer

4) Surprisinggift will arrange return shipping of the fixed product back to the buyer

5) Buyer receives the repaired product

The whole process takes 14-30 days.

Note that the warranty service is provided by the manufacturers and surprisinggift.com will only work as coordinater to help our customers to get things done easily.

After 1 year warranty period, we will also provide support for repairing service by charging a small amount of handling and parts fee.
