My (Watch) Phone has no signal ! by StoreStaff

Problem: Phone has no signal

1) call your cell phone service carrier to see if your city is covered by the right frequency band 
in USA, Tmobile uses 1900Mhz. AT&T use 1900Mhz in most areas and 850 in a few states such as Kentucky
If you lives in 850Mhz areas, your triband phone with 900/1800/1900Mhz may not work


2) Check the sim-card installation. Make sure the contact is good


3) Check the setting of the band select. Make sure you select PCS.


4) Check sim-card position. If it is put in sim-slot 1, then in your phone setting, must select the sim1 in dual-sim menu
