7-day Return Policy

* Our 7-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item except car electronics in its original condition within 7 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It is that simple. Customers are responsible for returning items at his/her own cost. Original shipping and insurance fee is not refundable. All returned items are subject to the standard 15% restocking fee of the item price to cover our labor and management cost. The total refund amount is the your total payment minus the shipping and insurance cost and the restocking fee of the item price.
* Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no SurprisingGift return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

How to prepare a return
To return a product to SurprisingGift, follow our three step process:

1. Get Your Return Authorization Code. Email sales@surprisinggift.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning. Returns without RMA code will not be signed and accepted by our RMA department and will be returned to the shipper automatically.
2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material.
3. Insure Your Package. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.SurprisingGift will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Warranty Policy

The manufacturers provide one year limited warranty service for most of our products. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost and manufacturers are responsible for free repairing of broken items. Manufacturer may also charge parts fee if some key components need to be replaced. In case you need warranty service, just contact us and we will issue shipping instruction to help you get the items fixed according to the warranty program. After 1 year warranty period, we will also provide support for repairing service by charging a small amount of handling and parts fee.

Guarantee against Dead-on-Arrival Items
SurprisingGift sells brand new products directly obtained from manufacturers/factory. However, there is still possibility that our products may incur some damages when you receive them. If the item you have ordered is defective on arrival, contact us at sales@surprisinggift.com in 7 days upon delivery to get an RMA number to deliver the product to the manufacturer to repair or replace the defective items which however are subject to manufacturers verification of the defects. After verification, we will either refund the purchase price except the shipping and insurance fee or ship a new replacement. Customers are responsible for returning items at his/her own cost.
