Step 1:	Log into your SurprisingGift.com MyAccount. After logging in, click MyAccount on the toolbar, you will be taken to your Account Profile.
Step 2:	From your Account Profile, find the order you wish to return located in your Previous Orders section.
Step 3:	Click the order and you will see the items in this order. Choose the "Return" link below the item that you want to return.
Step 4:	You need to send request for each item you want to return separately.
Step 5:	Once on the RMA detail page, you will need to select the following information from each drop down menu. You will need to tell us: Quantity (Qty), Reason for return, Manufacturer's packaging (Opened or Unopened), and Resolution Requested (if you would like a refund or replacement order shipped).
Step 6:	In the Additional Comments section: Be sure to tell us the details of what functions are not working, what you have tried on the products and your phone number so our technician may call you to figure out the problem. Most problems can be fixed without needing to return. Attn: non-defective returns are subject to restocking fee.
Step 7:	Once you've selected an option from each drop down menu, click the Submit button.
Step 8:	Wait for Approval Message from SurprisingGift. If your return information has met SurprisingGift.com Return Policy criteria, you will be given the RMA# and further instructions (including return address) regarding how to finalize your return request.
