Return policy briefly:
- Items cannot be returned after 7 days upon delivery.
- Any return for refund within 7 days is subject to 15% restocking fee to cover labor cost.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
- Defective item returns within 7-day are qualified for exchange.
7-day Return Policy - Our 7-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item except car electronics in its original condition within 7 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It is that simple. Customers are responsible for returning items at his/her own cost. Original shipping and insurance fee is not refundable. All returned items for refund are subject to the standard 15% restocking fee of the item price to cover our labor and management cost. The total refund amount is the your total payment minus the shipping and insurance cost and the restocking fee of the item price.
- Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
- Customers can choose to exchange returns for another product without incurring restocking fee. But new shipping cost applies. We strongly suggest this to reduce your loss.
- Returns with no SurprisingGift return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt
How to prepare a return within 7 days of delivery
To return a product to SurprisingGift, follow our three step process: - Request a Return Authorization Code . (Att: you will get a return request number. This is NOT the RMA #, which will only comes with return instructions terms).
- If your return meets SurprisingGift terms, an email with Return Authorization Code and detailed return instructions including designated return address will be sent to you. (Att: Don't pick any address from our website directly and ship the returns. We are not responsible for loss of packages of these invalid returns). Write this code on the outside of the box you are returning. Returns without RMA code will not be signed and accepted by our RMA department and will be returned to the shipper automatically.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material in its original sell-ready condition. Damaged packages will be rejected.
- Insure and Ship Your Package. You can ship it via any carrier with online tracking or delivery confirmation. However, Postal Office Services are prefered to avoid bouncing back packages. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.SurprisingGift will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
- Returns without RMA# and shipped to the wrong return address will be customer's responsibility.
How to Request Warranty Service After 7 days upon delivery If your products stop working after 7 days, you should request for manufacturer warranty service instead of filing returns.
