If you are ordering for urgent birthday gifts, please choose items with Express handling type or no handling type which defaults as Express Handling. There is no extra charges for Express handling. - Orders of Items with Express Handling or no handling labels are usually shipped from Columbia, SC or from our factory warehouse within 48 hours upon receiving your payment. We use FAST expedited shipping services (USPS Priority/EMS/DHL/4PX) with online tracking to deliver your order. The tracking no. will be emailed to you after we ship it. Most orders of domestic U.S. customers arrive within only 2-4 business days, to Australia within 4-5 business days, to UK within 4-7 days, and to other international customers within 4-10 days.
- The majority of orders of Items with Regular handling usually arrive with our customers within 7-10 days. We use FAST expedited shipping services (USPS Priority/EMS/DHL/4PX) with online tracking to deliver your order The tracking no. will be emailed to you after we ship it.

SurprisingGift sells brand new products directly obtained from manufacturers/factory. However, there is still possibility that our products may incur some damages during shipment. If you have defective products, just Request for RMA# within 7 days upon delivery along with instructions for return. After our verification of your return, we will either ship a new replacement or refund the purchase price except the shipping and insurance fee.
