• Just check out your order from shopping cart and pay it either using Google checkout or Paypal. Both allow you to pay with credit/debit card/eCheck. You can also use money order, Western Union, and Bank Wire Transfer, related information will be provided when you choose a specific payment method.

• How do I pay my order if I did not check out the first time?

  To avoid above communication delay, you can simply skip the previous order and place a new order and checkout. The order that you did not pay will be cancelled or skipped automatically.

• Postal Money Order and Cashier's check: Please email Sales@surprisinggift.com for receiver information and shipping address of your money order/Cashier Check. (Note: All Prepaid Orders will take longer to process due to all checks must cleared, including Cashier's Check due to the existence of fraudulent checks.)

• Bank wire Transfer through your local bank. Usually it takes about 3-5 days to get confirmed. Additional $10 USD is charged for this payment.

• We DO NOT accept Moneygram, personal checks or international money orders. These payments will be discarded or returned on your cost.

• What shipping address SurprisingGift will ship to ?

  We only ship to your credit card billing address or paypal confirmed address for all Paypal payment In order to guard against credit card fraud. If your billing and shipping address are different, you must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized by your credit card company. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field, which will make your alternative address as confirmed address.

• What states are required to pay sales tax?

  We don't charge sales tax.

• May I pay using a check or a money order?

  We do not accept personal checks. Money orders and cashier checks can be mailed out to SurprisingGift.com. The payee and mail address will be displayed when u check out. Please make sure follow the payment instructions. We cannot accept payee as SurprisingGift.com. If you are paying with a money order, or a cashier check. Orders must be mailed in for processing. Orders will not ship until the payment has been received and the money has cleared our account.
