Most of our orders are dispatched directly from our factory located in Zhuhai,China. Other products are shipped from Columbia, South Carolina.

Policy on Custom Tax/VAT and other custom regulations

Special Notice Regarding Shipping Address (Shipping to office, Gift shipping, or new home, etc)

If your Shipping address is DIFFERENT from your billing address or paypal address, you need to checkout with an account. You are also required to send a Request Email to Surprisinggift@gmail.com with subject "request to ship to non-billing address" and provide a vaild phone number during checkout process so that we can call you to verify your payment. Or if you use paypal, you can add your new address to your paypal account. Otherwise, we will ship to your billing address or paypal address and you will be responsible for loss of your package if it happens.
